Toast the Trails 2024
A week-long fundraising event for the SRRTF
In collaboration with Verde Valley breweries, wineries and restaurants
The Event: Members of the Verde Valley Wine Consortium are teaming up with the SRRTF to produce a fundraising event called Toast the Trails.
When: October 12-19, 2024
How does it work? Participants agree to donate a fixed amount of money for select items sold. Each participant can determine their own promotion details (per glass, per bottle, specific drink, etc.) and remit the donation to the SRRTF directly per an individually signed agreement with SRRTF.
Sponsor promotion: Each participating sponsor will receive materials to promote the event on-site, online and print: including banners, folding table tents, flyers, staff buttons, social media graphic elements. The SRRTF team will work with each sponsor individually to help with server education and placement of promotional materials.
SRRTF promotion: The SRRTF will promote the event regionally with print and online advertising to the public. We well also promote to SRRTF subscribers (~1,000) and partner organizations (Verde Valley Cyclists Coalition, Friends of the Forest, area chambers of commerce, Red Rockers Meetup Group, Sedona Lodging Association and others).
