Sedona Through the Lens: A Magic Journey to the Heart of Arizona, Highlighting the Verde Valley’s Wine Culture
Sedona, one of Arizona’s most spectacular destinations, recently captivated audiences across the globe, thanks to a unique photographic exhibition held in its Polish sister city, Jasło. Titled “Sedona Through the Lens,” the exhibit transported visitors into the world of Sedona’s stunning landscapes, vibrant spirituality, and rich cultural heritage.
This special event celebrated the growing partnership between the cities of Jasło, Poland, and Sedona, Arizona. It was graced by the presence of Colette Clark, U.S. Consul for Political and Economic Affairs at the U.S. Consulate General in Krakow, symbolizing the strengthening collaboration between Poland and the United States.
Guests included key representatives from the Sedona Sister Cities organization and the Jasło–Sedona partnership.
Crucially for the Verde Valley region, the exhibition featured a section dedicated to the area’s winemaking traditions and cooperation between the two communities. Attendees had the honor of meeting Nancy Butterworth, Assistant at the Southwest Wine Center at Yavapai College, underscoring the vital connection between this cultural exchange and the educational and commercial development of the Verde Valley wine industry.
Other highlights of the exhibition included:
