1. Cellar 433, Tantrum, Winery 1912, Clear Creek, Passion Cellars and Cabal wineries rejoined. Evolve Media and SkyRun Vacation rentals, joined as a business. 5 new supporters joined at Pecan and Wine. 22 business, 37 individuals and 140 supporters = 229

VI. PRESIDENT’S REPORT – (PAULA WOOLSEY, PRESIDENT)

1. Sponsorships/Donations 3 cs Cottonwood Vintage run. 4 btls Humming Bird festival, $250 to Verde Valley Fair Young artists competition prizes.
2. Pecan and Wine – update, results
3. Membership dues – Prorated for the rest of the year
4. AZ Corporation – Statutory agent change from Joe Montedonico to Paula Woolsey
5. VVWC Website –Marketing Verde Valley Wine Festival, updated members.
6. Marketing Liaison – looking for volunteer to take over the marketing efforts with the Sedona Chamber of commerce, posting, blog, events, working with destination signals
   1. The University of Arizona / National Resources Conservation Service – 2025 Project Workshop: Discussion on climate-smart agricultural practices using farmer participatory research at Page Springs Cellars, April 23rd starting at 8:00AM.
7. Volunteer Winery support program – Mark Dellis
